Autumn Flow - Slow Flow & Movie Night

Join us for a 45 minute Slow Flow class followed by snacks and an outdoor movie: 'Little Shop of Horrors'. 

Limited back jacks, bolsters, and blankets will be available. 

We ask for a minimum of 8 participants to register for the event to take place. Last day to register is Thursday, September 26th 

Contribution of $10 - includes: class, movie, and snacks. Please register on punchpass, if you choose to pay cash at the event; please reach out to Melissa to be placed on the registration list.
