Start your day with this 45 minute practice to wake up your mind, body and spirit!  The class focus will be the sun salutation sequence (with many variations), but will also include pranayama, chanting, meditation and savasana.  Cultivate a morning routine that will set yourself up for an amazing day!  This class is appropriate for the beginner as well as seasoned practitioner wanting to review the basics.
